NVI Solutions presented its results in the finals of the MENA accelerator by GenerationS operated by KAFADS, which concluded this week. Following three months of intensive work, including tens of meetings with potential customers and consultants, the team managed to formulate a roadmap for exporting to the Middle East and conducted a competitor analysis. Based on expert opinions, the company developed a sales strategy, prepared to customize the product for the local market, and defined a unique value proposition. The fruits of this labor resulted in applications for pilot implementation of the Owl.Guard intelligent videoanalytics system at several major enterprises in Saudi Arabia, Oman, and the United Arab Emirates.
